ARE YOU INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT ZION?

Are you interested in learning more about Zion?  Would you also like to learn more about the Bible, the Christian faith and the Lutheran Church?  Are you considering joining Zion?  Or are you already a member and would like a refresher course about Christianity?

Pastor Riesen will be instructing his next new member class in a different venue this Lent.  We'll be meeting on Wednesday evenings during the Meager Meal diinner which begins at 5:30 PM in Fellowship Hall on Wednesday, February 29.  We'll eat and continue our discussion until 6:45 PM and then go upstairs to the Sanctuary for the Lenten worship service. 

The New Members Class will meet Wednesday evenings, February 29, March 7, 14, 21, 28 and on Palm Sunday, April 1, when we'll meet at 9:30 AM during the Sunday School Hour, attend the 11 AM Service, followed by a Coffee Hour in your honor.  New members will be received at the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 7.

If you have been attending Zion and would like to become a member, please call the Church Office at 412-881-5512.

If you are a member of another Lutheran church and have been attending Zion and would like to transfer your membership, please call your home church for a Letter of Transfer.  Those requesting a Letter of Transfer also need to register for the next Pastor's New Member Class.

All are welcome to enjoy a relaxed, fun and informative time together as we wonder about the Big Questions of life and faith.  This class will provide participants the opportunity to learn and discern whether God might be calling you to join us in the adventure of faith at Zion.
