SUNDAY SCHOOL IS UNDERWAY!

Youth ages 3 and 4 through High School are invited to join us every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM for age appropriate Sunday School lessons.  Come, make new friends and learn more about God and His love for YOU!

MINISTRY OF YOUTH UPCOMING EVENTS

All events are for youth in grades 7-12 unless otherwise specified.

• Stewart Avenue Lutheran Church Food Pantry -- Saturday, February 18 from 9 AM to Noon.  We will meet at the church at 9 AM and head over to Stewart Avenue Lutheran Church to help distribute food to those in need.  The Food Pantry is now serving 150 people.
• Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner -- Tuesday, February 21 -- Help the Mission Trip Youth with this fundraiser for their Charletston, South Carolina trip in June.
• Youth Lock-In -- Friday, February 24 at 7 PM through Saturday, February 25 at 10 AM -- This is always a fun night for all!  These are a must -- warm blankets, sleeping bags or air mattresses.

MISSION TRIP

Youth in grades 7-12 who are interested in going on the 2012 Mission Trip to Charleston, South Carolina on June 17-24 are asked to contact Youth Director Jamie Carr.  A $50 deposit is needed to secure your spot.

CONFIRMATION NEWS

Confirmation Classes for students in grades 7-9 are held on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8 PM in Fellowship Hall.

ZION'S DAY AT PNC PARK -- JOIN US ON APRIL 22!

Come see the Pittsburgh Pirates play the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday, April 22 at 1:35 PM for only $1 per ticket!

The game is Earth Day/Kids' Day and every child in attendance will receive a Pirate hat made of recycled materials.  Kids can stay after the game and run the bases on the field!
